Telephone Calls
When using the tradional - wire - network or the GSM mobile network in Europe a country code must be used when calling outside the country you are in.
In most cases first a "00" (011 in US) must be dialed, then the country code and then the subscriber number. But this may change from country to country. Therefor in the ETG the "+" sign is used to indicate the international dialing..
In the next column the official country codes are given.
